What data are we talking about?
This concerns data, including name, surname, and e-mail address, collected when newsletter recipients subscribe to the FuturHist project newsletter administered by the Sendzimir Foundation.
Where do we get your data from?
We received your personal data directly when you subscribed to our newsletter.
Who is the administrator of your data?
The Sendzimir Foundation, the leader of the FuturHist Work Package 7 Dissemination, Communication, and Competence Building, is the administrator of your personal data. What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data?
Your data is processed to send you a newsletter containing information about the activities of the FuturHist project, which is co-financed by the European Union under the Horizon Europe Programme Climate, Energy, and Mobility between January 2024 and December 2027. This processing is based on your consent.
Do you have to provide us with your personal data?
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for communication between the Sendzimir Foundation – an administrator of the FuturHist project newsletter, and the newsletter recipients. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to receive the newsletter.
How long do we store your personal data?
We will store your personal data until you unsubscribe from the FuturHist newsletter or until the FuturHist project is completed in December 2027. You can unsubscribe at any time using this link. If you have any problems, please contact us at kontakt@sendzimir.org.pl or by phone at +48 695 849 862.
What rights do you have in relation to your data?
You have the right to access the content of the data and to rectify, erase or limit its processing, as well as the right to object, demand the cessation of processing and transfer of the data and the right to complain to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection on the territory of the Republic of Poland if you believe that processing your personal data violates the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
Is your data transferred and shared?
Your data is used solely to send the FuturHist newsletter via the Mailchimp system, which is fully compliant with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
Your personal data will not be published on the FuturHist website, disclosed to other institutions, organisations, or third parties, or transferred to third countries. It will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
However, the personal data of newsletter recipients may be disclosed to other entities authorised under the law.
